The Sail @ Marina Bay

The Sail @ Marina Bay is a prestigious waterfront condominium developed by City Development Limited and AIG Global Real Estate. It rises 70 stories above the Marina Bay area and dominates the Singapore City skyline in the south.At 245 metres high, The Sail is one of the tallest apartment buildings in the world

Construction of the Central Park Tower and Marina Bay Tower began in 2005 and its first residents moved in around July 2008. The residential and commercial complex sits on a 9,090 sq m site area. The condominium was designed by Peter Pran with global architecture firm NBBJ and was designed to look like a sail.

More than three quarters of the 1,111 apartment units are1 and 2 bedroom units of various sizes while the remainder are 3 and 4 bedrooms units with 5 luxurious penthouses.
